HOW TO PLAY THE MOVIES

Make sure you have a codec installed on your computer. There are lots of codecs to choose from, by for me I’ll suggest the ff:

1. Storm Codec
· I’ve been using this codec for more than 3 years and easy to use. You can even take thumbnails of a certain video placed in one image. ^^
2. KLite Codec Pack

LISTS OF MEDIA PLAYERS

Here are the lists of the media players you can use for watching asian movies or even foreign movies.

1. KMPlayer
2. Media Player Classic (included in Storm Codec installer)
3. RealAlternative
4. VLC

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOFTSUBBED & HARDSUBBED VIDEOS

Softsubbed videos, it has separate .srt file and you need to have a RAW video (the original video).
Hardsubbed videos, no need to find the .srt/subtitle file since the .srt/subtitles is already encoded in the video.

THE SUBTITLES DOESN’T APPEAR?

1. Make sure you installed one of the codec that I listed above.
2. The files (RAW VIDEO & .SRT/.SUB/.IDX/.ASS) must placed in one folder.

ie.
Video123.avi <<< this is the RAW VIDEO
Video123.srt <<< this is the subtitle

**they must be same file name...

The other format of the subtitles are:
.sub / .idx / .ass

HOW TO JOIN FILES?

As you can see on the files uploaded in my blog were splitted into # of parts, just like this:

001 | .002 | .003 | .004
etc. etc..

The filenames splitted into # of parts is like this:
AsianMovie.avi.001
AsianMovie.avi.002
AsianMovie.avi.003

All you have to do is use the HJSplit [Download it here].

HOW TO EXTRACT FILES?

1. First, you must download the complete .RAR files or else it might not worked after extracting it.
2. Open the .RAR file using Winzip, WinRar, or ALZip program. Right now, I’m using ALZip.
3. Double-click the first part of the .RAR file just like this:

Midnight.My.Love.2005.DVDRip.XviD-MoST.part1.rar

4. After that, click the “EXTRACT” button. Here’s the screenshot:

5. Extract the files where you want to be placed. I placed the files in the same folder under C:/DOWNLOADS/MOVIE/Midnight Love.

6. The progress of extracting files appears. Just wait until the whole file were extracted on the folder. So, the filename now becomes:

Midnight.My.Love.2005.DVDRip.XviD-MoST.avi

You can now watch the video ~ make sure the subtitles works. ^^
